-We ship via USPS priority or ground advantage depending on package size. 

-All in stock items will be shipped with 3 days.

-Custom orders can range between 1-3 weeks depending on material availability on hand.

-Due to the small size of our business and custom nature of our products, DDD does not accept returns unless there is a faulty or defective issue with an item. 
-An exchange of an item may be possible and will be decided on a case by case situation. 
-If there is a defective issue you wish to resolve, please email us and attach a photo of the piece.
 

** REMINDER-  Our pieces are designed for pole dancing or streetwear but are specialty pieces that are in need of extra care and attention to achieve longevity. 
-The nature of rhinestone and stud trims means they are not indestructible. 
If you are not careful with your pieces, they may experience minor issues. 
 

-Dedicated focus is used in production to ensure pieces will last as long as possible. 
-Harsh contact with the pole or other surfaces may result in trims/elastics fraying or loosening. 
-Some of our pieces are more fragile than others and may be intended for light pole dancing or photo shoots vs. high pole contact usage. 

-If you experience an issue with one of your pieces, you have a couple of options: 
1. Re-glue any loosened trim strips. We recommend Gorilla Glue for fabric. Simply dot the end where the trim has loosened with adhesive and press tight, allow to dry. 
2. If you prefer or if your piece has more extensive damage, you may send the piece back to us for repair free of charge (shipping not included)
